J Sail is a family company established in Poland in 1991.

J Sails has specialized in Optimist sails from the beginning. Their first success came in 2000 when the "Classic Red" model was designed with coach and sailmakers experience. It was the "Classic" model that launched the company.

They currently work using the latest software, Europe's top-quality cloth and the support from some of the world's best coaches' in improving sails.

J Sail Black - From 50 Kg

• Introduced in 2011 as a sail that can prolong the Optimist career of the heaviest sailors. Enormous power can cause problems in strong winds, but the overall performance compensates for lower acceleration properties compared to other models.

• The first basic J Sail model was introduced in 2000. Excellent speed when sailing downwind. Marvellous performance in all nautical conditions, especially at long waves. In strong wind conditions, it requires dynamic body and sheet work.

• Introduced in 2006, one of the world's most popular models. Good acceleration properties, similar to those of the Green model. A universal model with a big weight range. Excellent performance in diversified weather conditions. Easy to trim.

• Introduced in 2008 for the lightest sailors. It is ideal as the first sail for the youngest Optimist sailors, but it does not mean it is slow. It has been used successfully in numerous international events. The 2016 World Champion sailed with J-Green. Easy to trim, has excellent acceleration properties.
