Using the latest Spinlock inflatable lifejacket harness technology, the Deckvest VITO is based on design work for the 2017 - 2018 Volvo Ocean Race. All teams wore the same inflatable lifejacket harness developed in collaboration with a group of Volvo offshore sailors. A key aspect of the new design was a lifejacket that sailors wanted to wear more often and with numerous custom features.
This fifth edition covers the requirements for controlling both the emissions of air pollutants and the carbon intensity of ships. It is intended for all who are interested in preventing air pollution from ships and in technical and operational measures to improve their energy efficiency.
Twenty-four feet overall and constructed with 1/2" diameter floating MFP line, two ferruled 316 stainless Snap Hooks and an Antal Low Friction Ring. Antal Ring allows the dinghy to track behind the boat easily.
