Using the latest Spinlock inflatable lifejacket harness technology, the Deckvest VITO is based on design work for the 2017 - 2018 Volvo Ocean Race. All teams wore the same inflatable lifejacket harness developed in collaboration with a group of Volvo offshore sailors. A key aspect of the new design was a lifejacket that sailors wanted to wear more often and with numerous custom features.
Designed for marine professionals requiring SOLAS-approved PPE. This SOLAS inflatable life jacket is used on wind farms, pilot boats, superyachts and oil rigs where SOLAS-approved lifejackets are required.
Incorporates Amendment 07-23, which may be applied on a voluntary basis from 1 January 2024, anticipating its envisaged official entry into force on 1 January 2025.
Complete chain grip kit, ready to use. Ensures safe anchoring by easing the tension on a 3/8" anchor chain and protects the boat by reducing the chain chafe on the rub rail and roller chock.
