The Prism is a stripped down racing compass. The Prism provides unprecedented accuracy, coupled with a massive display, in a compact package. At a mere 137 g (4.8 oz) it is the world's lightest racing compass. The Prism uses only magnetic input as its heading reference, has no memory, no user inputs, and performs no arithmetic functions. It's legal in all classes that allow electronic compasses.
Panel front is IP66 when mounted with the gasket in place - protected against powerful water jets. Includes a 15A circuit breaker switch and a pre-wired harness with dual USB and a 12V Charging Socket. Also, it has a Mini OLED Voltmeter and the integrated circuit breaker prevents a parasitic draw.
The vane is permanently attached to the stake while the plastic base easily slides in and out of the bow eye fairlead, held in place for sailing with the stake. Simple to install and remove after sailing.
