Transport Canada Garbage Record Book (Part I and II) 85-0492
In accordance with Regulation 10 of Annex V of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships 1973, as modified by the Protocol of 1978 (MARPOL 73/78), a record is to be kept of each discharge or completed incineration. This includes discharges into the sea, to reception facilities, or to other vessels, as well as the accidental loss of garbage. This edition complies with MARPOL 73/78, Annex V, Regulation 10 and the Polar Code, which became effective March 2018. Garbage is to be grouped into categories for the purposes of recording in Pat I and II of the Garbage Record Book (or vessel's Official Log Book) as follows; - Part 1 - 52 Pages
