Extends a Windex 10 or Windex 15 Vane aft of masthead obstructions. The 13" arm allows for side or top mounting and offset angles up to 20 degrees. Mounting aft makes for easier viewing of the Windex from the cockpit.
The C-Vane was designed by top Laser coach Ryan Minth and has been endorsed by Laser sailors worldwide. The unique design prevents the mainsheet of another boat from ripping the vane off during the close quarters of a Laser start.
The vane is permanently attached to the stake while the plastic base easily slides in and out of the bow eye fairlead, held in place for sailing with the stake. Simple to install and remove after sailing.
