Sikaflex-295 UV Window Adhesive 300 ml (10.5 Oz.) Cartridge
Plastic windows and hatches are typically acrylic (Plexiglas®) or polycarbonate (Lexan®). Both have been historically difficult to seal or bond. Sikaflex-295 UV is a moisture curing polyurethane sealant/adhesive that exhibits outstanding UV resistance. Sikaflex-295 UV has been specially developed for the marine industry, for use to bond and seal organic glass on boats and ships. Because of its excellent weatherability, this product can also be used to seal joints in areas of severe exposure. Sikaflex®-295 UV is a paste-like, one-component polyurethane adhesive that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a durable elastomer. Sikaflex-295 UV is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001/14001 quality assurance system and meets the requirements set out by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). - SOLAS Wheel mark-approved
