The Kong Mooring Snap Hook is the safe and easy solution for connecting a mooring line to a mooring buoy.
The channeled Snap Hook holder fitting screws on to the end of the boat hook pole using the included backing plate.
This is a lifesaver on high bowed vessels approaching a mooring ball. Reach out with your boat hook and hook the Kong carabiner hook inside the mooring balls attachment point.
Then simply pull back on the boat hook and the carabiner snaps shut as it slides free of the boat hook. You're now clipped into the mooring eye.
